I’m Abra, the heart and hands behind Front-End Training Solutions®. My work is rooted in years of hands-on experience in front-end RCM, patient intake, insurance workflows, and practice operations. Before launching my consulting practice, I served in patient registration as both a Lead and a Manager, overseeing front-end teams, guiding daily operations, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the patient intake process.
